Marty L. Stoll is an attorney and senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. since 2001. With an impressive career focusing on commercial and residential real estate law, as well as business law, Marty excels in managing complex transactions, drafting contracts, and navigating regulatory and compliance issues. Her legal expertise extends to representing non-profit corporations, providing outside general counsel services for one of Iowa's largest non-profits working with children and families. Currently, Marty is the co-chair of the firm’s real estate practice group and has previously led the business practice group.

  • Assistance with complex commercial transactions, including subsidized multi-family, agribusiness, and retail commercial property acquisitions, sales, and deferred exchanges, contracts, leases, easements, development, title work, ROFRs, options, and related financing and regulatory work and advice.

  • Full-spectrum business law services including contracts, transactions, and compliance matters.

  • Outside general counsel services, providing strategic legal advice for non-profit organizations as well as contract negotiations and drafting and compliance and regulatory assistance.
